At Innersfits, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item remains the customer’s responsibility until it is safely delivered back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team to arrange the process.
